Supported Carriers

We support SMS from all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Transfer or sell your registration or guest list spot to others without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or venue staff

Guest List Registration

• Registration on a guest list does not guarantee entry to an event
• Venues reserve the right to deny entry at their discretion
• You must comply with all venue rules and policies
• Valid ID is required for entry to all events

Cancellations and No-Shows

• If you cannot attend an event, please update your registration status
• Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of Service access
• We reserve the right to limit registrations for users with excessive cancellations

All content on DenverGuestlist, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DenverGuestlist or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time

Venue Relationships

• DenverGuestlist is not responsible for venue policies or actions
• We do not guarantee admission to any event
• Venues may change event details, capacity, or cancel events without notice

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DenverGuestlist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Denial of entry to any venue or event
• Changes to event details or cancellations
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
• Any conduct of third parties, including venues and other users

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DenverGuestlist, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your conduct at any event or venue

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
